Before grooming, Valeria worked alongside a veterinarian. That is where she learned animal handling, how to spot the early signs of discomfort, and how to keep a frightened dog calm without forcing anything.
It is why nervous dogs, reactive dogs, and dogs who have had a bad experience somewhere else tend to do better here. Nothing is rushed to fit another appointment in.
